ATEX and IECEx HD CCTV

Gerotto has developed ATEX and IECEx CCTV solutions to ensure effective remote control of robots. Thanks to intrisically safe solutions consisting of ATEX and IECEx Zone 0 certified cameras, LED lights and ATEX and IECEx zone 1 monitors of different sizes, Gerotto guarantees a real-time view of operations. The possibility of mounting this equipment on hydraulic arms allowed for maximum visibility inside challenging gas-explosive environments, without sacrificing compact dimensions ideal for entering tank manholes.

The ATEX and IECEx-certified camera for Zone 0 applications combines safety, a compact design, and high-definition imaging.

With its HD resolution and capability to function in hydrogen environments, this camera is a dependable and adaptable solution for monitoring hazardous areas. Its streamlined, rectangular design has been specifically developed for seamless integration with robotic arms.

The ATEX and IECEx-certified LED light for Zone 0 environments is engineered to deliver a combination of safety, durability, and high-performance illumination. Featuring four high-efficiency LEDs, it provides consistent and reliable lighting even in demanding gas-explosive conditions. Its compact construction, along with an adjustable beam range of 20° to 80°, makes it particularly suitable for integration with robotic systems in industrial settings.

Two options for full visibility, thanks to an ATEX and IECEx Zone 1-certified 19″ explosion-proof monitor, two ATEX and IECEx Zone 0-certified directional LEDs, two robot-mounted ATEX and IECEx Zone 0 cameras, plus the option of a separate Pan&Tilt camera to be mounted on the manhole for an even greater viewing range. The cameras are equipped with an autonomous washing system to work even in the presence of splashes. All components are ATEX and IECEx certified and can work in the -20°C/+60°C temperature range.
