TVCC Atex

Gerotto has developed over the years a wide range of Atex CCTV solutions to ensure effective remote control of robots. Thanks to intrisically safe solutions consisting of Atex Zone 0 cameras, adjustable LEDs and monitors of different sizes, Gerotto guarantees a real-time view of operations. The possibility of mounting this equipment on hydraulic arms allowed for maximum visibility inside confined spaces, without sacrificing compact dimensions ideal for entering tank manholes.

Two options for full visibility, thanks to an Atex Zone 1-certified 19″ explosion-proof monitor, two Atex Zone 0-certified directional LEDs, two robot-mounted Zone 0 cameras, plus the option of a separate Pan&Tilt camera to be mounted on the manhole for an even greater viewing range. The cameras are equipped with an autonomous washing system to work even in the presence of splashes. All components are Atex certified and can work in the -20°C/+60°C temperature range.

Two Atex Zone 1 certified 19″ explosion-proof monitors provide a detailed and extensive view of the operations performed by the robot. In addition to the monitors, the system is composed of two Atex Zone 0 certified directional LEDs, two Zone 0 cameras mounted on the robot, plus the possibility of an additional separate Pan&Tilt camera to be mounted on the manhole for an even greater viewing range. The cameras are equipped with an autonomous washing system to work even in the presence of splashes. All components are Atex certified and can work in the -20°C/+60°C temperature range.

The meeting point between the need for video inspection systems inside tunnels or confined spaces and the dimensional constraints to enter manholes is a fully hydraulic mechanical arm designed by Gerotto. The structure, made entirely of stainless steel, can be raised or lowered remotely to enter and exit the access point or positioned at the most appropriate height to have the best view during suction operations.
