A generational transition with a vision for the future

In 2024, the year of its 50th anniversary, Gerotto Federico Srl celebrates a major milestone: the completion of its generational transition. The company’s ownership now includes Claudia Gerotto alongside Alessandro Gerotto, strengthening a family leadership with a clear vision for the future.

Claudia Gerotto, who holds a degree in Economics from the University of Padua and a Master’s degree from London, joins the ownership and the Board of Directors as a non-executive member. She brings new managerial expertise to tackle the challenges of an ever-evolving market.

Innovation and sustainability as pillars of growth
This generational transition is part of a broader transformation journey that began in 2022, marked by the adoption of a five-year industrial plan and the inclusion of independent members in the Board of Directors.

This approach has already delivered tangible results:
• +22.6% revenue growth in 2023 compared to the previous year, reaching €26.6 million.
• +48.6% increase in EBITDA, now standing at €2.7 million.

In 2024, the company published its first ESG report in line with EFRAG standards and initiated the process of obtaining gender equality certification, further reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and inclusive development.
