We offer customers a training service to provide operators with the necessary preparation for using the machines.
The training includes practical training during the handover of the machine to the operator who will be driving it, but possibly also to the company owner or the technician responsible for the work. In this phase, the customer is followed and instructed by specialised personnel on the use and maintenance of the mini excavator robot and the suction excavator; depending on requirements, the training can be carried out at Gerotto’s headquarters in Campodarsego (PD), or at the customer’s premises.
